What Stone House Is
Stone House is a four-room ceremonial experience designed around the classical alchemical arc: Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. Each room corresponds to a distinct psychological and physiological process. Together they form a single evening that moves you from release to reception.
This is not a spa, a retreat, or a therapy program. It is a structured environment for genuine personal transformation through sensory immersion, intentional ritual, and guided solitude. Nothing here is forced. You are welcome to come and simply enjoy the facilities. Your guides support whatever depth of experience you choose.
The Format
Duration: The guided experience is about 2 hours (roughly 30 minutes in each room). You may stay as long as you like in any room after the flow moves on. Capacity: Up to 12 guests enter every 30 minutes. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Self-paced movement through four rooms in sequence. One dedicated guide per room. Six ritual objects given on arrival; one paper leaves with you.
The Science of the Path
The four stages — calcination, dissolution, coagulation, sublimation — map onto how the nervous system processes and releases held material. The sequence is not arbitrary. Each stage creates the conditions that make the next possible.
| Stage | Element | Process |
| 🜂 I | Fire · Ignis | Calcination — naming and releasing what is held |
| 🜄 II | Water · Aqua | Dissolution — releasing held tension from the body |
| 🜃 III | Earth · Terra | Coagulation — anchoring the release in an act of offering |
| 🜁 IV | Air · Aer | Sublimation — receiving; the open state after completion |
Room by Room
🜂 I · Ignis · Fire
The Courtyard · Cedar smoke · Open sky
The evening begins at the fire. You are given paper and charcoal. When you are ready, you place the paper in the fire and watch it go completely. Only then do you enter. Your fire guide is present throughout, offering the objects and holding the space without intruding.
🜄 II · Aqua · Water
The Bathhouse · Jade tile · Mineral water
No white light. You move through heat and cold at your own pace. At the edge of the plunge, you will find something that dissolves in water. The bathhouse guide can orient you to the space or remain available while you move at your own rhythm.
🜃 III · Terra · Earth
The Cave · Below ground · Ember glow
Your skeleton key opens the door at the bottom of the stairs. The cave is dark and quiet. There is an altar at the centre. You write something — a gratitude, a grief, a name — and you place it there. The cave guide is stationed near the entrance, not inside.
🜁 IV · Aer · Air
The Tea Room · Cedar · vetiver · stillness
The last room is the quietest. Tea is already poured. On the table is a piece of paper. What you write on it, you keep — the only thing that leaves with you tonight. Your tea room guide will pour your tea, offer the paper, and sit with you in whatever silence or conversation the moment calls for.
The Six Objects
- The Skeleton Key — Opens the door to the cave. You keep it.
- The Ore Stone — Raw mineral. Holds heat and weight. Carry it through the bathhouse.
- The Sigil Token — A small stamped seal bearing the mark of the path.
- The Wax Seal — Used in the cave room. Its purpose becomes clear when you are there.
- The Scroll — Contains the four prayers, one for each room.
- The Paper — The only object that leaves the building with you.
